· You must have either MSN or Windows Live Messenger service downloaded and working on your pc. You will need an MSN passport or mail account, and again the Messenger is a free download. MSN has been replaced by Live depending on your version of Windows and it is free. Please be sure you have your Messenger service working and that you are signed into it before taking up your entertainer’s time.

· At the TOP of your Live Messenger there is a tool bar including:

o File, Contacts, Actions, Tools and help

• You must have the entertainer of your choice added as a contact – click on the CONTACT tab and select Add a Contact – for example: Candyhascam@yahoo.com. The contact DOES NOT have to have a Windows Live or MSN association.
• Click on the tab for Actions – within that tab is a menu selection called VIDEO:
• Show your Webcam
• View a Contacts Webcam – when you click on this your list of CONTACTS will open and allow you to select the contact whose cam you wish to see

• You need to be prepared to pay for your session – please do NOT ask to see your entertainer on cam prior to your payment – DO NOT ASK her if you can “test” your webcam - and do not expect to take up the entertainer’s time on PHONE OR ON IM with directions or instructions on how to use this service.
• Please be aware that there are many potential unknowns that CAN get in the way of a successful cam session although 98% of the time they are seamless and successful. Camera images can freeze – movement can cause this freezing – if you wait a moment usually it will unfreeze. Now and then the connection can be lost – just tell your entertainer that you lost her image and ask her to reinvite you to view. Note that sometimes faster speed will mean diminished image quality.
• There can be several factors that contribute or conflict when using a cam - different models of pc, different versions of different operating systems, different web cams – there are drivers and Microsoft updates that can sometimes cause problems, and things in your personal preferences or you cam preferences, your firewall can ALL have an affect. PLEASE don’t ask your entertainer to troubleshoot all of these things with you, the entertainer is paid for her time REGARDLESS of how she spends it and is not necessarily prepared to offer tech support on issues with YOUR pc.
